Reflection period/return

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days on the same working day. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee this.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of Trunkrs or UPS. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Large or heavy products are delivered by pallet or courier.

You are entitled to a 1-year carry-in warranty on all our products. This also applies to refurbished products!
If a product is defective, you are entitled to a free repair, a new product or a refund.
Is the problem with the product your fault? Then you are unfortunately not entitled to a free repair, a new product or a refund of your money. Have you used the product normally but is it simply worn out? Even then you are not entitled to free repairs.
