What does Q Selection mean?

Q Selection was created to ensure the end user that the refurbished products awarded the Q Selection circular label perform like new and contribute positively to a circular economy. This saves valuable raw materials and Q Selection extends the lifecycle of IT hardware products. In doing so, Q Selection helps reduce the ecological footprint.

Product condition

All Q Selection certified Q selection products have passed a strict, professionally developed quality test. This means the products have undergone functional tests comparable to those for new products. In this way, Q Selection guarantees a more than reliable choice for IT hardware.

Q Selection classifies the products into 3 categories

GOLD - Like new

The 'gold' condition in Q Selection refers to items that are new and unused. However, the products have already been out of their original packaging. The retail packaging is opened, damaged, or replaced if necessary.

SILVER - Refurbished

The 'silver' condition in Q Selection refers to items that, after short use, still look almost like new. They are fully tested and functional, but may have very minor signs of use that are not visible from 20 cm away. Screens are always scratch-free.

BRONZE - Refurbished

The 'bronze' condition in Q Selection refers to items that have been used for a longer period. These items have been refurbished by Q Selection. Despite light signs of use and small scratches, these items are in very neat and high-quality condition. This gives the electronics a nice second life.
